This device is automatic and after entering the dimensions of the spacer in the system, the device automatically starts bending the spacer. It should be noted that all spacers used in this factory are bendable and corners are not used. Spacer piercing machine This device is also purchased from LISEC company. It is used to pierce the spacers for argon gas injection. Butyl female device This device is also purchased from LISEC company. The butylation stage is one of the critical stages of double-wall production, and the current machine is able to cope with this task well. The butyl glue is in a straight line along the spacer and creates a piece of glue with the same thickness all over the spacer without protrusions or depressions. Double wall vertical washing This machine is one of the most up-to-date vertical washing machines used in the double-glazed line. The water of this device is supplied from the two-stage purification device installed in the company. After two stages of purification, this water enters the washing system as distilled water without any solvents. The washing machine was purchased from LISEC, Austria. Polysulfide adhesive After combining two types of white and black glue (hardener) in a specific ratio, this device injects it through a special nozzle in the space between the spacer and the glass. Using this device, polysulfide glue injection, which is one of the pillars of double-glazed glass, is done very cleanly and evenly throughout the glass. Argon gas injection This device is produced by LISEC in Austria and estimates and injects the amount of gas according to the size of the welded glass. Humidifier injection This device is produced by LISEC in Austria and easily and accurately injects the dehumidifier along the spacers. The amount of injection depends on the length of the spacers and their thickness.
