Silk printing machine

This machine was purchased from Germany's THIEME company and is designed to print all kinds of glass in thicknesses of 4 to 20 mils with maximum dimensions of 950 x 1500 mm. One of its capabilities can be mentioned the precise adjustment of the stencil with glass (within 10 mm). After adjustment, this machine has the ability to print 250 pieces per hour

roller printing

This device was purchased from BURKLE, Germany. The remarkable feature of this machine is that it does not need a stencil, because printing is done by a large roller installed on the machine. This machine is used for one-piece prints without designs. LCD table glass and building facade colored glass are good examples of one-piece prints. In the printing of one piece by silk printing, the problem of color protrusion on the edges is a fundamental problem, but in the roller method, this problem is not seen at all.

Printing dryer

This machine was purchased from the NATGRAPH company in England and it is located in the extension of the printing machines. The glasses enter this machine immediately after printing to dry their canvas. With this method, the drying of the glasses in the open air, which takes hours and a lot of dust settles on the printed glasses, has been prevented, and in a short period of time, the glasses are completely dry and ready for tempering.
